Organisation
The Initiative's organizational structure ensures expert guidance, efficient coordination, and transparent decision-making.
Advisory Board
The Initiative consists of approximately 15 members with recognized experience in democracy, governance, elections, civil society, human rights, or related fields. Members contribute to information gathering, strategic planning, and collective assessments.
Executive Board
The Initiative is guided by a six-member Executive Board responsible for strategic decisions, approval of public statements, and coordination of major activities. The Executive Board meets virtually as needed.
Coordinator
The Initiative is coordinated by a Coordinator who participates fully in Board deliberations and holds one vote equal to that of each Board member. The Coordinator is supported by a small Secretariat comprising two secretaries. The Secretariat facilitates internal communication, compiles information for members, prepares draft statements, and manages digital communication channels.
Expert Leadership
The Initiative was launched by Philippe Kalfayan in consultation with founding members and relevant stakeholders. Our members contribute voluntarily and are not compensated for their time or expertise, ensuring complete independence in our observations and analysis.
